Nach einem Sturmschaden war die Markise so in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, dass diese nicht mehr zu gebrauchen war.
Nach Anruf bei Firma Grabe am Montag, konnte mir mit einer neuen Markise sowie einem Einbautermin am Folgetag geholfen werden. Somit konnte ich meine Urlaubsfahrt nur durch eine Kurze Verzögerung fortsetzen.

Habe bei der Firma mein WoMo gefunden ein Mietfahrzeug wert ca 60.000€
Das Auto zu richtigen Zeitpunkt für den Urlaub zu bekommen war fast nicht möglich da Zusatzausstattung zu spät bestellt wurde oder es egal war wann was kommt. Das Auto wurde nach viel Ärger dann kurz vor dem Urlaub unfertig abgeholt.
Bei dem ersten Ausflug streikte nach wenigen Tagen die Wasserversorgung.Ein Anruf bei Fa Grabe für eine Ferndiagnose war nicht erfolgreich da keiner im Hause war aber mir wurde ein Rückruf aus der Werkstatt bzw. von Herr Grabe versprochen.Der Rückruf erfolgte von Frau Grabe 1,5 Tage später auf meinen AB um 20,30 mit der Bitte am nächsten Tag bei der Werkstatt nochmals anzurufen 🤯🤯.Nun ist die Pumpe kaputt und eigentlich ein Garantiefall ich habe aber kein Lust mich mit dem Laden auseinanderzusetzen.Kauf geht hier aber nicht mehr .erwarten Kundenservice ist hier ein Fremdwort

Seit fast einem Jahr versuche ich meine Garantieansprüche durchzusetzen.
Es bleibt nur der Weg zum Anwalt.
Diese Firma ist eine einzige Katastrophe und nur auf Verkauf eingestellt, Service gibt es dann leider nicht mehr.

Die haben immer eine große Auswahl an Neu und Gebrauchztfahrzeugen. Auch die große Auswahl an schönen Mietfahrzeugen ist interessant. Egal was ich für meinen neuen Caravan benötige, bei Camping Grabe werde ich fündig! Nur zu empfehlen!
