    So sollte es sein

    Ich habe hier in “schwierigen” Zeiten als schwieriger Kunde (man ist schon mal kleinlich und unentschieden) mein Chausson-Wohnmobil erworben. Zuallererst möchte ich die Ehrlichkeit (ist ja heute leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich) gepaart mit Geduld und Freundlichkeit hervorheben. Ich war begeistert von der Fachkompetenz und den wertvollen Tipps bei der Übergabe. So wurde u.a. eine kleine eigentlich unbedeutender Beschädigung von dem Techniker während der Übergabe erkannt, darauf hingewiesen und anschließend auch noch umgehend beseitigt. Danke. Das schafft Vertrauen. Dies ist inzwischen selten und deshalb umso wertvoller. Ich schreibe diese Zeilen nicht wegen des durchaus verdienten Lobes, sondern weil ich denke, dass Engagement, Freundlichkeit und Fachkompetenz in den Fokus gehören, so dass auch andere davon profitieren können. Ich wurde hier verabschiedet mit dem Hinweis, mich bei Problemen umgehen zu melden. Danke auch dafür.
