    Erfahrungen mit der P-Concept Werstatt 2018

    Auftrag Einbau Solar mit Regler, Lader/Booster und Batteriecomputer
    1.Reklamation: Autarkie höchstens eine halbe Nacht, Batteriecomputer liefert offensichtlich falsche Werte
    2.Reklamation: s.o., Batteriecomputer liefert immer noch offensichtlich falsche Werte,
    zusätzlich wurde ein klaffender Spalt an der B-Säulen Verkleidung links bemängelt
    3.Reklamation nach zusätzlichem Auftrag neue Batterien: B-Säulen Verkleidung: „geht nicht besser“.
    Batteriecomputer liefert falsche Verbrauchswerte, Fehler und Ursache sind unter einer Minute zu erkennen.
    Allerdings nicht für das Fachpersonal, erst nach längerer Diskussion wurde der grobe Fehler eingesehen. Erneut die B-Säule beanstandet.
    4.Reklamation: Solaranlage lädt jetzt überhaupt nicht mehr, auch das ist sofort auf dem Batteriecomputer zu erkennen.
    Nachfrage nach B-Säule: "wir haben uns mit dem Hersteller in Kontakt gesetzt, das ist so".
    5.Reklamation: darauf hingewiesen, dass ich die Verkleidung jetzt selbst korrekt montiert habe, keine Reaktion auf offensichtliche Lüge.

    Zusammengefasst Schlamp an der B-Säulen Verkleidung, nicht nur optisch, sondern auch technisch:
    die ungeschützten und eingequetschten Kabel waren vorprogrammierter Kabelbrand.
    Unfähigkeit einen einfachen Batterie Strommess-Shunt an der korrekten Stelle einzubauen.
    Keinerlei vorhandene Endkontrolle, alle Fehler waren offensichtlich und in Minuten zu diagnostizieren.
    Dreistes Anlügen: „geht nicht besser, Hersteller kontaktiert“.
