    Von Wohnwagen Wagner eingebaute Klimaanlage nach einmaliger Nutzung defekt. Kommentar des Mitarbeiters: Vereinbaren Sie einen Werkstatttermin, frühestens in 2 Monaten. Geplante Reise in den Süden kann nicht stattfinden. Absolut kein Service

    Sehr geehrte Frau C., Ihre Bewertung ist so leider nicht korrekt, die Absprache mit Ihrem Mann und unser versuchter Weg Ihnen zu helfen sind ein anderer. Der Fehler in der Klimaanlage liegt leider nicht bei uns sondern bei Truma. Da aber aktuell keinerleit Klimaanlagen auf dem Markt lieferbar sind, können wir diese leider nicht sofort austauschen. Gerne würden wir Ihnen sofort helfen, leider ist aber aktuell mit 8 Wochen Lieferzeit zu rechnen. Sollten wir unerwartet früher an ein neues Gerät kommen, werden wir uns natürlich wie mit Ihrem Mann am Samstag vereinbart melden.
