The 3H Camping Center in Heinsberg has stood for quality and good customer service since 2000 and is one of the largest motorhome and caravan dealers in the border triangle.
Over 90 vehicles are currently being presented on an area of more than 8,000 square meters. The top brand “Hymer” has been sold in Heinsberg for 35 years. In 2000, the former company ewo was replaced by the newly founded 3H-Camping Center Heinsberg GmbH by the businessman Hubert Heinrichs. Since then, the entire exterior facade has been renovated, the sales area has been expanded, additional staff has been hired and sales have more than doubled. 3H offers its customers a complete range of services. This extends to the sale of mobile homes and caravans, rental (currently 18 mobile homes and 8 caravans), accessories shop, workshop service, disposal station, financing and the largest self-service car wash in the district with a special motorhome and caravan washing area.
Thanks to the good internet presence, international business at the 3H Camping Center has grown significantly.

Overall impression
Finger weg...
Im Juli 2016 haben wir dort ein Wohnmobil für 10 Tage gemietet. Die Fahrt war wirklich schön. Das böse Erwachen kam bei der Rückgabe. Ein Haltebrett für das Doppelbett im hinteren Teil des Wohnmobils war offensichtich vor unserer Fahrt nicht fachgerecht befestigt worden. Ich hab das bei der Übernahme nicht bemerkt. Darauf hingewiesen wurde ich auch nicht. 3H hat uns 103,00 EUR in Rechnung gestellt. Ein Versuch, die Kosten zu teilen wurde abgelehnt. Man war noch nicht mal in der Lage uns auf Wiedersehen zu sagen. Während der Abwicklung kam ein Camper zurück, der wohl ähnliche Probleme hatte. Fazit: Gute Wohnmobile, Service gleich null, Kundenzufriedenheit wird nicht beachtet. Wir werden in Zukunft 3H meiden.
