Vielen Dank für die gute Beratung! Nicht oft hat man das. Besonders Herr Sieger hat sich viel Zeit genommen. Auch der Chef selbst ist super freundlich und kocht sogar den Kaffee :-)

Wollte nur einen Wohnwagen kaufen

Ich wollte nur einen Wohnwagen kaufen .
Beim ersten Email habe ich um Prozente gefragt . Der Geschäftsführer von Caramobil hat mir so geantwortet " Es tut mir leid, wenn wir Ihrer Erwartungshaltung nicht gerecht werden, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem „Schnäppchen“ sind, dann ist unsere Branche in der derzeitigen Liefersituation leider die Falsche. "
So schreibt man doch nicht einen Kunden zurück ???

Habe mir am nächsten Tag einen nagelneuen Hobby 515 UHL um 28600 Euro gekauft und noch Prozente erhalten. Das habe ich den Geschäftsführer per Email mitgeteilt !

Darauf habe ich folgende Nachricht erhalten .
"Bitte hören Sie auf mich zu belehren. Ich habe kein Interesse an Ihren Ergüssen. Ich bin mehr als kundenorientiert und Sie offensichtlich völlig überfordert mit einer ehrlichen Antwort.
