    Nach dem Verkauf kein service

    Nach dem Kauf eines gebrauchten Wohnwagens bemerkte ich nach dem Verlassen des Caravanmarktes funktionierte der Blinker nicht. Der Verkäufer führte mit einem Gerät die Funktionsfähigkeit der Blinkanlage vor. E r
    behauptete der Fehler liege an meinem PKW und ich musste mit dem defektem Wohnwagen fahren. Wie sich herausstellte war der Kühlschrank im Wohnwagen falsch verkabelt. Im Urlaub viel die Bremse aus. Alle kosten habe ich dem Händler gemeldet, keine Antwort

    Guter Händler mit Einschränkungen

    Früher eher ein Geheimtip, heute bis weit über das Siegerland bekannt. Dadurch nicht einfach einen Termin zu bekommen, so flexibel wie früher ist man dort nicht mehr. Hier wird jetzt jede Minuten verplant.
    Beim einem aktuellem Problem mal kurz vorbeizukommen ist nicht mehr möglich. Des einen Freud des anderen Leid. :-)

    Besonders empfehlenswert

    Ein toller Händler, leider gibt es nicht viele von diesem Format. Ich habe mehrere Händler in meiner Umgebung (Mülheim an der Ruhr) aber keiner konnte mich derart begeistern. Bin dafür sogar 135 Km gefahren und habe einen Fendt 560 zu besten Konditionen erworben. Stets bemüht alle Fragen auch nach dem Kauf zu beantworten. Dafür meinen besten Dank. Weiter so.
