Es war ein weiter Weg nach Ilmenau, der sich aber gelohnt hat. Wir haben dort einen gebrauchten Carthago gekauft, wurden freundlich und kompetent beraten und bedanken uns dafür

Kompetenz und Offnungszeiten

Leider mussten wir die Erfahrung machen, dass die angegebenen Offnungszeiten nicht stimmen und die Kundschaft sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen wird. Dieser Handel besteht trotz voll besetzten Personal auf Mittagspause, obwohl das nicht im Internen angegeben ist.
Man muss warten!
Die Auswahl an Campingartikeln ist auf ein Minimum reduziert, sodass man alles bestellen muss, nichts anschauen kann und eine 2. Anfahrt nötig ist.

Wir haben sehr enttäuschende Erfahrungen gemacht.

Schlechter Service gutes Mobil

Das Mobil ist super, dafür ist der Service miserabel! Wir versuchen seit einem halben Jahr die versprochene Unterlagen zu bekommen. Man wir immer nur vertröstet und nichts passiert. Selbst ein Rückruf ist nicht zu schaffen.
