Sehr kundenfreundlicher Ersatzteilverkauf
Für meinen Knaus Azur habe ich 2 Ersatzteile benötigt, im Dezember 2018 und April 2019. Die Bearbeitung der Anfragen wurde umgehend erledigt. Weil die Fa. Knaus im Dez. 2018 nicht mehr vor meiner Auslandsreise geliefert hatte, war die Fa.Caravaning Arnstein sehr bemüht, daß das Ersatzteil erst nach meiner Rückkehr von Knaus an mich versendet wurde. Dieser Einsatz hat mich besonders beeindruckt. Im Bedarfsfall werde ich dieses Unternehmen immer wieder kontaktieren.

Wir hatten einen Wohnwagen zur Reparatur und diese wurde zu unser besten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Die kosten waren sogar günstiger als der zuvor ausgemachte Kostenvoranschlag. Top, gerne wieder!
