Verweigerung des LMC Wohnmobils
Wir haben uns ein neues WoMo LMC Cruiser Premium T701 im Mai 2019 zugelegt. Als wir heute nach Terminabsprache zur Erstaufnahme für Service.- Dichtheitsprüfung zu diesem Vertragshändler führen, wurden wir über die seltsamen Geschäftsgebaren informiert. " Wenn wir Teile in ihr WoMo einbauen sollen, dann müssen diese aus unserem Katalog sein" Ich wollte aber eine andere Solar.- und Alarmanlage haben. Bauen wir nicht ein war die Aussage!
Als dann der Mitarbeiter den Fahrzeugschein kopierte und nach kurzer Zeit wieder kann, Kam die große Überraschung. Die Fa. Spann-an verweigert an Ihrem Fahrzeug sämtliche Leistungen ???
Ich sagte ich könne diese Verweigerung nicht nachvollziehen die Fa. Spann-an sei doch schließlich ein Vertragshändler! Die Antwort "das ist von der GL so entschieden"
Nach weiteren recherchen stellte sich herraus, das ich nicht der erste Kunde war.
Unter dem Motto > du kaufst nicht bei mir dann verweigere ich die Wartung <
Die zwei Sterne gibt es nur für die freundliche Begrüßung
