Gerechtfertigter Mangel an Mietfahrzeug wurde abgelehnt
Bei unserem gemietetem Fahrzeug war von Anbeginn die Klimaanlage defekt. Info an den Vermieter erfolgte am ersten Tag, seitens des Vermieters gab es keine weitere Hilfe ausser des Kommentars eine Werkstatt zu suchen und eine Reparatur zu organisieren. Bei Rückgabe wurde unsere Beschwere erst ins Lächerliche gezogen und dann abgewiesen. Während der Reise war die Außentemperatur bis zu 37 Grad. Sehr kundenunfreundlich

Overall impression
Alles gut!
Sehr kompetente Werkstattmitarbeiter, machen einen sehr guten Job. An Absprachen wird sich gehalten, Termine dauern manchmal etwas. Preise der Werkstatt eher "teurer" - aber dafür gute Leistung. Kleiner Stellplatz mit Strom vorhanden, Versorgung und Entsorgung ebenfalls. Kostenlose Getränke für die Wartezeit, leider keinen Mietwagen oder ähnliches bei längeren Reparaturen.
Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, bei ehrlichem Ton. Zu 99% klappt alles reibungslos .
Ehrliche Beratung, nicht das Gefühl dass hier auf 100% Gewinnoptimierung gearbeitet wird.
Leider weit ab vom Schuss, lange Anfahrt über Land.
