Riki Wohnmobile Schifferstadt - kann ich nur empfehlen
Ich habe mir in diesem Jahr bei Riki ein Wohnmobil gekauft. Sie haben mich sehr gut beraten, sind freundlich und bei Problemen immer ansprechbar gewesen. Ich kann Riki nur empfehlen - auch bei Reparaturen bzw. Mängeln am Wohnmobil waren sie sehr schnell, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.

Rikis? Nie wieder!
Reparaturarbeiten - und davon gab es in der Garantiezeit einige - wurden in der Regel schlampig ausgeführt. Teils mussten Arbeiten 2-3 Mal wiederholt werden, bis der Mangel beseitigt war. Oft ging bei den Reparaturarbeiten etwas weiteres kaputt, sodass man mit einem Fehler hin fuhr, mit zweien zurück kam. Die Reaktionszeiten auf Emails sind unterirdisch und die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist mehr als mangelhaft. Bis zum Verkauf war alles super, im Anschluss wird man allein gelassen. Gerade für Käufer die eine weitere Anreise haben ist das Unternehmen absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr schlechte, bis garkeine Einweisung, Freundlichkeit absolut null, nicht einmal beim Neukauf das eingehalten was auf der Messe zugesagt wurde, Wagen 54000€ mit Tageszulassung 1 Jahr alt als neu verkauft, wurde auf der Messe 2018 als Model 2019 angepriesen.
Also, Ich, nie wider Rikis.

mit Problemen wird man alleine gelassen
ich hatte eine schlechte Erfahrung mit Riki´s gemacht. Zusagen/Abmachungen wurden einfach nicht eingehalten. Der Laden ist in meinen Augen nicht seriös! Nicht empfehlenswert !
