Angebot für eine Auflastung
Vor etwas mehr als 4 Wochen Angebot angefordert. Zwischendurch mal telefonisch nachgefragt, wurde mir mitgeteilt das noch nicht wirklich dazugekommen sei. Heute angerufen teilte mir überheblich mit das alle krank seien. Selbst ein Stern ist für so einen Service noch zuviel. Vorallem diese Überheblichkeit und arrogante Art am Telefon geht gar nicht. Für mich keine Empfehlung wert.

So etwas unfreundliches habe ich noch nie gesehen.Sei es die Dame am Empfang sowie der Annahmemeister.
Ich selber habe über 25 Jahre eine Werkstatt geleitet aber so etwas gab es bei nicht.
Schulung "aktives Verkaufen" wäre eine Möglichkeit.
