Description Caravan dealer

Skandic & Nordic Reisemobile GmbH has been successfully operating in the camping business for 12 years now. We have been an A-dealer for the successful HYMER company for a good five years as well as a service partner for the companies Dethleffs, Sunlight, Glücksmobil, Bürstner, Carado, Niesmann & Bischoff, TEC & LMC. We are also premium dealers for GOLDSCHMITT - some for over 12 years. You can find us at the Danish border, very close to Flensburg in the direction of Niebüll. Last year we moved from Harrislee to ScandinavianPark in Handewitt, where our customers can dispose of waste at the petrol station and also have their vehicle washed at the car wash. Overnight stays at the SkandinavianPark are also free.

In addition to the accessories shop, which is very well equipped with over 7,000 items, two large online shops, rental of caravans and mobile homes, the sale of caravans and mobile homes and, of course, the competent advice that goes with it, all warranty and service work is carried out reliably and professionally in the specialist workshop. This includes TÜV, gas tests, leak tests for our brands, smart repairs, the installation and conversion of solar, satellite and air suspension systems and much more.

    Super nette und engagierte Dame im Verkauf.
    Bestellung wurde sofort in die Wege geleitet und zwei Tage später kam der bestellte Artikel bei mir an.
    Zuvor waren andere namenhafte Campingshops dazu nicht in der Lage.!

    Overall impression

    Mein erster Kontakt Einbau eines Dometic Wechselrichter. 1 Einbau sauber aber leider Funktioniert er nicht. Weitere Anfahrt zur Prüfung. Dann Termin zur Fertigstellung. Es wurde ein zu dünnes Massekabel verbaut. (NICHT UNGEFÄHRLICHE SPAREREI).

    Nächster versuch Einbau einer Thitronik Alarmanlage. Nach dem Einrichten der App habe ich festgestellt das sie nur in Teilen funktioniert. (Falsch Programmiert) Nach einem neuen Anlauf, war es nach einigen Tagen nicht mehr möglich das Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Neuer Termin nächster Versuch. Ging dann glatt 4 Wochen gut und die Anlage spielt wieder verrückt.

    Während der Odyssee mit der Alarmanlage wurde noch eine Sawiko Vario Light Rollerhalterung montiert. Beim ersten Test zuhause musste ich feststellen dass die Halterung für Alarmkabel fehlt. Kein Problem das Fahrzeug kennt den Weg kann fast schon alleine hinfahren. Des Weiteren wurde der Träger nicht Ordnungsgemäß montiert hängt und wackelt.

    Ich hatte das Fahrzeug nun 3 Wochen zur Instandsetzung in der Werkstatt auch für Diverse Garantiearbeiten. Wie nicht anders zu erwarten liegt immer noch vieles im Argen. Wegen dem Träger habe ich jetzt auf Anraten meines ...... einen Termin beim Sachverständigen. Die nicht erledigten Garantiearbeiten lasse ich jetzt in einer Fachwerkstatt beheben.
