    Mit der Überweisung ändert sich alles

    Bis zum Kauf des Neufahrzeuges bzw. Abholung war alles soweit gut. Was dann kam ist mit einem Stern schon positiv bewertet. Die Gasanlage war undicht!!! (ein Gasflasche war vor Ort angeschlossen, scheinbar zum Test). Dagegen verblasst die gebrochene Latte des Lattenrostes, der fehlende Griff für den Rollo und der abgebrochene, weil falsch montierte, Griff der Toilette. Unverschämt wurde es mit der Mittelmatratze, die Urinflecken hatte, verdreckt war und deutliche Alterungsspuren zeigte. "Nein, die ist neu!". "Nein, die ist neu!" ... gefolgt von einem multi ... "ich sehe keinen Unterschied"...

    Die Geschichte geht weiter. Am 14. 12.2018 habe ich unter anderem den abgebrochenen Griff reklamiert - am 24.1.2019 fragt Thrun nach der Seriennummer des WCs! Am 18.1.2019 habe ich eine Matratze bekommen ... die nichts mit meinem Fahrzeug zu tun hat Seitdem habe ich keine Info wie es weiter gehen soll! Das ist das Verhalten, das die Fa. Thrun auszeichnet.
