    Wir hatten bei der Firma eine Moverbatterie gekauft, die nach 8 Monaten defekt gegangen ist. Bodenburg wies uns freundlich darauf hin, das es nur eine Garantie bei Batterien, von 6 Monaten gibt. Danach habe ich persönlich den Kontakt mit der Herstellfirma hergestellt, die diese Batterie zur Überprüfung gern zugeführt haben möchte. Fa. Bodenburg wurde durch die Batteriefirma angeschrieben, dieses bitte zu veranlassen. Die Batterie wurde überprüft und der Wohnwagenfirma zurückgeschickt, da sie eine Mindestladekapazität von 80 % aufweißt und noch nutzbar sei.Als ich die Batterie dann abgeholt habe, wurde mir eine Rechnung von 52 Euro als Aufwandentschädigung präsentiert. Das nennet man doch Kundenservice !!! Vielen Dank für NICHTS !!

    Unser Wohnwagen wurde zu eine Reparatur abgegeben mit dem versprechen das es mit dem Mova Enduro klappt.Nach zwei Tagen kam der Anruf bei diesen Model von Wohnwagen geht es nicht mit den unterbau von den Mova die neue Antischlingerkupplung wurde auch nur teilweise angebracht. Wir waren nicht zufrieden mit der Reparatur

    Die Beratung auch bei schwierigen Fragen zum Einbau ins Reisemobil wie Solar, 2. Wohnraumbatterie, Brennstoffzelle etc.war klasse, der Einbau noch besser!
