    Kundenservice geht anders!

    Unser Kastenwagen sollte ein zusätzliches Luftfederpaket mit Kompressor montiert bekommen. Vier Wochen vor der Montage wurde der Auftrag bestätigt. Eine Woche war unser Camper in der Werkstatt. Am Tag der Abholung erfuhren wir das das Luftfederpaket noch garnicht geliefert wurde und nur eine Fensteraufsteller ausgetauscht wurde und eine Leitung unterm Fahrzeug fixiert werden konnte. Wir sind dann drei Wochen in den Urlaub gefahren. Die Teile waren immer noch nicht da. Ich habe sie nun selbst beim Hersteller bestellt und innerhalb von 5 Tagen geliefert bekommen. Nun suche ich mir eine Werkstatt die sie mir einbaut. Übrigens die Rechnung die wir dann bekommen haben hatte es in sich: 252 Euro für die Fixierung der Leitung und den Austausch eines kaputten Fensteraufstellers. Wenigstens weiss man bei Caravania in Dettingen wie man Geld verdient. Leider konnte ich den Geschäftsführer dazu nicht befragen, auf mehrere Anrufe hat sich niemand zurückgemeldet. Dieser Laden sieht mich nie wieder!
