    Immer wieder PGS

    PGS hat vieleicht nicht so eine riesige Auswahl wie andere Händler, dafür aber ein Team dass sowohl kompetent, wie auch freundlich und zuverlässig ist. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Besuch an willkommen. Haben mehrfach dort ein Wohnmobil gemietet und dann auch gekauft. Auch nach dem Kauf brach der gute Service nicht ab.

    Overall impression

    Leider war das Wohnmobil MATRIX 670 SL, das wir im Frühjahr 2021 mieteten, eine Katastrophe.
    Das Wasser floss im Waschbecken im Bad nicht gut ab, einige Fenster ließen sich nicht stufenlos einstellen, die Sat.-Anlage quietschte und fuhr manchmal erst nach 10 Minuten ein oder nach drei Versuchen, das mittlere Dachfenster öffnete sich während der Fahrt…
    Nach ein paar Tagen piepte es unregelmäßig während der Fahrt über dem Kühlschrank (Panel). Wir hielten an und riefen bei PGS an. Dort hatte keiner eine Ahnung, was es sein könne und versprach zurückzurufen. Es dauerte… Nachdem ich mehrmals wieder anrief und vertröstet wurde (es gäbe kein Mitarbeiter, der Bescheid wisse), sind wir dann schließlich weitergefahren. Wir hatten schon einen ganzen Vormittag damit verbracht. Später haben wir es selbst herausbekommen: Sobald der Abwassertank knapp zur Hälfte voll war, begann es zu piepen. Da wir meist autark standen, hat uns das ständige Anfahren eines Wohnmobilstellplatzes sehr eingeschränkt.
    Zu all dem Ärger jetzt der Höhepunkt: Als ich die Mängel bei der Rückgabe aufzählte, waren die Mitarbeiter noch sehr mitfühlend und verständnisvoll, das änderte sich aber schlagartig, als ich sagte, ich möchte doch ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen ihrerseits. Ich wollte keine Rückerstattung nur einen Preisnachlass und sei es noch so ein kleiner gewesen, da hätte ich wenigstens den guten Willen gesehen. Aber nein, es gab nichts. Sie sagten, es seien keine Mängel am Auto. Und das, obwohl ich angerufen hatte und sie sich am Rückgabetag selbst davon überzeugten, dass die Fenster sich nicht richtig öffnen ließen usw.
    Ich glaube, jetzt weiß jeder, warum die Bewertung schlecht ist…
