    Kundenfeindlichkeit

    Pössl Roadcamp R, gekauft 2014 bei Herrn Lahm.
    Das Schloß der Zugangsklappe zur Toilettenkasette war defekt und so wollten wir nicht in verreisen, es sollte zumindest offen sein. Eine Woche nach der Ersatzteilbestellung, wagte ich eine Nachfrage über den Verbleib, Antwort: Nein noch nicht da. Auf meine Bitte, telefonisch nachzufragen die Antwort: keine Zeit, ich habe noch andere Kunden und die Frage, ob ich Angst habe das man mir die Toilette klaut. Immerhin habe ich noch einen Werkstatttermin bekommen, für eine Woche später. An diesem vereinbarten Termin um 11 Uhr wollte ich mich anmelden, der Werkstattmeister war nicht anwesend, dafür Herr Lahm. Ich sagte das ich draußen vor der Werkstatt warte, die geknurrte Antwort von Herrn Lahm: ja, ja , da warten schon mehrere. In den nächsten 2 Stunden(!) gingen der Wekstattmeister und Herr Lahm mehrmals an uns vorbei und würdigten uns keines Blickes. Keine Frage, wo ist das Problem, was ist Ihr Wunsch. Um 13 Uhr 20 ging nochmals in den Büroraum des Werkstattleiters und wollte wissen,
    ob wir überhaupt noch bedient werden. Die Antwort, sehr hochnäsig und arrogant: Solange Sie sich bei mir nicht anmelden und mir den Schlüssel geben passiert gar nichts!
    Die Reparatur dauerte dann 15 Minuten.
    Fazit: Diese Mitarbeiter tun alles um Kunden zu vergraulen, für mich existiert diese Firma nicht mehr. Meine Empfehlungen im Bekanntenkreis sind diesem unfreundlichem Verhalten angepasst.
