    Ärger vom ersten Tage an

    Leider war für uns nicht ersichtlich, warum unser Chausson nicht sofort ausgeliefert werden konnte;
    denn nach den 8 Wochen, in denen das Ausstellungsfahrzeug in der Werkstatt überholt werden sollte, mussten wir umgehend um einen Termin bitten. Es gab noch einige Mängel zu beseitigen - das wurde allerdings zügig behoben.
    Leider ist dem Händler eine sehr wichtige Rückrufaktion von Ford nicht bekannt gewesen - somit mussten unsere Reiseplanungen aufgeschoben werden und viel Ärger war die Konsequenz.
    Der Händler hat sich davon allerdings nichts angenommen - sehr schade

    Wir haben uns intensiv beraten lassen und sind nun stolzer Besitzer eines Weinsberg Pepper 600 MEG.

    Wir sind mit MS Reisemobile rundum zufrieden. Auch kleinere Garantiearbeiten wurden mit geringer Wartezeit durchgeführt.

    😒 so bin ich noch nie behandelt worden . Nein wir können und wollen Ihnen nicht helfen da mit Sie in Urlaub fahren können. Es ist auch egal ob Sie das Reisemobil bei uns gekauft haben 79.000,-€ Auch beim ersten Werkstatt Besuch wurde in 2 Monaten weniger als die helft abgearbeitet. Rest soll ich woanders machen habe sie vergessen oder in 1 Jahr wieder kommen 😞
