    Bitterer Nachgeschmack

    Tolle Instruktion und korrekte, pünktliche Übergabe des Fahrzeuges. leider unglaublich pingelige Abnahme nach der Miete. Da wird wirklich alles umgedreht und notiert. Selbst ein angerissener Plastikriemen des Veloträgers wird verrechnet! Wer also gute Erinnerungen an den Urlaub behalten will, mietet lieber nicht bei Vogel Wohnmobile.

    Sehr geehrter Herr Haller
    Nun ist es bei allen Mietsachen jeweils so, dass man Sachen, die man zerstört, ersetzen respektive bezahlen muss. Und wenn Sie nun einmal einen Fahrrad-Befestigungsgummi am Vetoträger zerrissen haben, muss der ersetzt werden. Was würden Sie sagen, wenn Sie ein Wohnmobil bekommen, an dem nur die Hälfte der Halteriemen i.O. sind und Sie Ihr Velo nicht korrekt befestigen könnten? Sie wären wohl ebenso nicht beglückt, wie es der Mieter nach Ihnen gewesen wäre. Also haben wir das defekte Teil getauscht und verrechnet. Denn das war offensichtlich durch Überdehnung gerissen und nicht durch Altersschwäche, was bei einem wenige Monate alten Teil eh schwierig wäre. Wie Sie vielleicht feststellen konnten, haben wir nur die Eigenkosten des Halteriemens (Fr. 12.-) berechnet und weder Porto noch Verkaufsmarge noch sonst etwas. Aber statt das zu goutieren, wird einem unterstellt, man sei pingelig.
    Wir wünschen Ihnen weiterhin viele glückliche Stunden in Wohnmobilen.
