    Wohnwagen ausgeliehen, teure Reparatur veranlasst

    Auswahl, Buchungsvorgang und Abwicklung waren reibungslos. Solide Strukturen, der Service stimmt.

    Wir hatten ein Wohnmobil ausgeliehen und trotz vorsichtigen Gebrauchs war eine Verdunklungs kaputt gegangen.
    Man konnte es kleben, aber wir waren so fair es anzugeben.
    Wegen eines kleinen defekten Plastiteils wurde die gesamte Verdunklung ausgetauscht. Kosten knapp 300€.
    Sicher formal nicht anfechtbar, aber beim eigenen Fahrzeug hätte man das sicher nicht gemacht. Da es ja der Kunde zahlt wurde dennoch vollständig ausgetauscht.
    Wir waren ansonsten sehr zufrieden, aber werden aufgrund der satten Reparaturrechnung uns beim nächsten Mal wohl anderweitig umsehen.

    Solider Fachhändler mit Fritz Berger Shop

    Ich habe dort mein Eura Wohnmobil warten und reparieren lassen. Alles lief pünktlich und zu meiner Zufriedenheit ab. Sauberer Betrieb mit Ausstellungshalle und Zubehörshop von Fritz Berger. Neben Euro wird dort auch Bürstner und LMC verkauft. Die Gebrauchtwagenpreise finde ich nicht gerade günstig.
